DELIVERY POLICY

1. Order dispatch time is 1-2 business days. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a notification with an order tracking link to the email address provided in your order.

1.1. The delivery time is 1-3 business days. The total order receipt time including dispatch may take up to 5 business days. In the event of any delivery issues, the Store undertakes to find the best solution together with the Client.

1.2. Items are delivered free of charge if your order value is greater than 45 EUR.

2. The Client undertakes to take note of the indicated delivery time and to contact the Store only if 24 hours have passed since the end of the delivery period.

3. The Client undertakes, when ordering goods, to specify the delivery location and the person who will receive the goods.

4. The Client undertakes to accept the goods personally. In the event that the Client is unable to accept the goods personally, and the goods have been delivered to the specified address based on other data provided by the Client, the Client has no right to make claims against the Store regarding delivery to an incorrect person.

5. A Client who has chosen to collect goods at the company's headquarters during the order process, if such a collection method is available, must present an identity document and a copy of the order. The Store in turn undertakes to contact the Client by phone when the item is ready.

6. Goods ordered from the Store are delivered free of charge in the following way:

6.1. By courier, or if nobody is home, left in a parcel locker.

7. In cases where, upon receiving the goods, the Client notices that the correct item is not included in the shipment, the Client must immediately notify the Store by email at alemurshop@gmail.com
